Orders are processed and verified within 2–3 business days, depending on demand and product availability.
Shipping Time
The estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days. You’ll always receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, along with a tracking number to follow your package.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to add, remove, or change items/addresses. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page. We can correct it only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we’ll gladly assist you with tracking information and guidance on how to file a claim with the shipping provider.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
